Hank Aaron?
Hank Aaron once said "I'm hoping someday that some kid, moonless or white, will hit more home runs than myself. Whoever it is, I'd be pulling for him. - Hank Aaron" do you think he feels that way for Barry Bonds?
To Robert D
Who ever said i was hating on Bonds? And ya, Bonds did do steroids
not actually deep down i feel that Aaron thinks this guy is bozo who cheated to get this far. bonds had made his mark well before he got in the mix to break the record but acute down he(bonds is as self centered as any diva) he felt cheated that it was ken griffey jr who was the chosen one by the fans and clip to be the man who was pace to break Aaron's record. I know that Aaron has said that this does not play a part on how he sees bonds but in authentic life i feel he thinks like this, I was a so. in high when i watched aaron break Ruth's record so i reminisce over what he went through to get to it and pass it and Barry is no way near the man hank aaron is he would have cracked under that pressure, so in my view Barry did what he felt he had to do, for it was his godfather(Willie Mays) who was the chosen one in his day to contravene Ruth's mark.
